Dave's experience includes serving as Alorica’s Vice President of Global Human Resources Organizational Performance, supporting the world's most valuable brands across more than 140 contact centers in 16 countries supporting more than 100,000 employees. He has more than 30 years of experience operating and supporting contact centers.
In addition to years of experience, Dave received his formal education at Creighton University's School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor. His Bachelor of Science in Business Administration was conferred by the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Currently, Dave serves on Bellevue University's College of Business Advisory Board, is a member of the Human Capital Lab, and an Adjunct Professor for Bellevue University’s College of Continuing & Professional Education where he teaches Business Management & Leadership.

Jay is a sales, marketing and organizational process development expert. A 20-plus year veteran of the healthcare industry, he managed pharmaceutical products, sales teams, and clinical liaisons in multiple states for both Novartis and Pfizer. Coupled with his experience in home health and telehealth service options, Jay provides Conatus3 customers with a broad range of expertise in profit acceleration. A co-author of $50K in 50 Minutes, Jay helps clients identify the strategic areas of their business to increase profits quickly.
His sales process development programs are nationally recognized and resulted in multiple President’s Awards for Sales Excellence. Jay’s therapeutic knowledge and sales expertise led him to on-boarding, developing and coaching new sales representatives where he rekindled his passion for developing others to their full potential.
The former collegiate Golf coach and Sports Information Director at Newman University has also served as Communications Director for the Wichita Open for 30+ years.
