Employee of the Year: Generating a Passion to Perform


A research project to identify what core attributes are shared between people who win Employee of the Year awards. What makes them generate the passion to perform at the highest levels for their organization? 

Our objectives: 

  1. Interview 100 people who won an Employee of the Year Award. 
  2. Compare and contrast their Attribute Index results following an interview with the award winner. 
  3. Connect with Employee of the Year award winners from these companies and stay in touch with them for the next five years to monitor success and complete an annual interview. 
  4. Provide these award winners with more information about themselves to help them continue their success and gain insights to allow for Peak Performance.
